Despite their looks and cotton rich softness, these Love Luna First Period Bikini Briefs have four layers of absorption and protection. Made in a classic bikini brief style, they are super-comfortable, ideal for all day (or night) long use.

These briefs, intended for light to medium flow, are extra-absorbent and can absorb between 15-20ml — equivalent to 3-4 regular tampons. Next to the skin is a soft cotton liner, then an absorbent yet breathable, padded layer, a leak-proof barrier and lastly, a further soft cotton outer. They can be worn on their own or as a backup depending on flow. A more environmentally friendly, reusable and PFAS-free choice over panty liners, they are also ideal for anyone who might not yet feel ready for tampons or a menstrual cup.
