Before I washed them they fitted really well, very comfortable in both trainers and walking shoes. They have a double skin- like a liner within the sock which actually works really well. However- they have shrunk (yes I wash at 30deg). So that the heel becomes a different sock size to the main body. Main body too small the heel too big, a nightmare to wear, they stretch over the foot, and to big and ruckled around the heel. It doesn't grip and slips down inside the shoe. A complete waste of money.
